At human., we make each piece just for you. Literally. Every item is printed on demand…meaning it's created fresh when you order it. That allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and stay aligned with our values of intention, sustainability, and care.
That said, here’s how we handle returns and issues:
a note on returns
Because your order is custom made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or realizing you like the other color better. We know online shopping can be tricky — so we encourage you to double-check our size charts and product details before placing your order. If you're unsure, just reach out. We're happy to help.
if something's not right, we’ve got you
We’re real people and we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected — we’ll make it right.
here’s what to do:
Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:
Your order number
A quick description of the issue
A photo of the item (if applicable)
Once we review it, we’ll work with our production partner to issue a replacement or refund.
lost packages or delivery problems
If your package never shows up or was marked delivered but you didn’t get it, let us know. We’ll help investigate with the carrier. Please note: if the address you entered was incorrect, we may not be able to reship at no cost — but we’ll always try to find a solution.
cancellations
Orders are sent to production soon after purchase. If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, the item may already be in the works and we won’t be able to stop it.
